What are they?
Bring your dog in for a day of daycare play and allow us to pull them out for some extra training! Our certified professional dog trainers can work on a variety of skills with your dog to give them that extra practice. Most often we are working on skills like recalls, loose leash walking and minor leash reactivity but we can also work on things like trick training!
Adding stay & trains to your dog's day allows them to go home both physically and mentally fulfilled!
We recommend 2-3 visits of just daycare before adding stay & trains on in order for your pup to feel more comfortable in the space.
Please Note: Stay & Trains are only open to dogs who attend daycare.
How They Work
When booking your dog in for daycare in Pawfinity, you are able to request a stay & train appointment (just like you can request nail trims). In the appointment notes you can include what you would like worked on and if you want a video of the session or not. From there, the appointment will either be accepted or denied based on availability. If the day requested is unavailable, we will email you some other options.
On days that your dog has a stay & train booked, please ensure that you are not picking them up until after 4:00pm at the earliest. We'd also recommend that you don't pack a lunch that day as your pup will be getting more than enough snacks during their training!
Recorded Sessions Available
We offer both recorded and non-recorded sessions depending on your needs! Our non-recorded sessions are a $25 add on to daycare and the recorded sessions are a $60 add on to daycare. Videos will be edited to add commentary and explanations of why and how we are doing things and sent to you within a week of your session.
